Hugh Jones is a fictional businessman and a recurring antagonist featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with the Avengers, Captain America and Marvel Two-In-One line of titles and first appeared in Captain America #180 in December, 1974. The character also made appearances in season two of the ABC television series Agent Carter where he was played by actor Ray Wise.
