House of Dracula is an American feature film of the horror genre. It is part of the Universal Monsters line of movies and is the fifth movie in the Dracula family of films. It was directed by Erle C. Kenton with a screenplay written by Edward T. Lowe. It was produced by Universal Pictures and released theatrically in the United States on December 7th, 1945. Despite being billed as a Dracula movie, House of Dracula actually spotlights the Big Three of the Universal Monsters set: Lon Chaney as the Wolf Man, John Carradine as Dracula, and Glenn Strange as the Frankenstein Monster.
