Hooded Justice is a fictional vigilante & super-hero and a minor recurring character featured in the Watchmen multimedia franchise. He first appeared in a photograph in Watchmen #1 in September, 1986. His first actual appearance was a in a flashback sequence from Watchmen #2 in October, 1986. The character also appeared in a flashback scene from the live-action Watchmen feature film in 2009 where he was played by actor Glenn Ennis. The character was expanded upon in greater detail in the Watchmen television series on HBO. In the series, he is given the civilian identity of William Reeves. Actor Lou Gossett, Jr. played an elderly Will Reeves on the series, with Jovan Adepo playing a younger Reeves in flashback. Actor Cheyenne Jackson also portrayed Hooded Justice in a fictional TV special within the continuity of the series called American Hero Story.
