- 5867 Golden Oak Road was the street address for the Pierce residence in Highgate, Rhode Island. It is a classic style two-story Victorian home with a full walk-in attic. Because one of the residents is disabled, it has been outfitted with a stair-lift and an elevator. The shower in Nica Pierce's bedroom had been designed to be wheelchair compatible. Nica's mother, Sarah Pierce, used one of the lower rooms as an art studio, where she frequently painted sunflowers.
