Biography[]

Herman was a criminal incarcerated at Seagate Prison in Georgia. He became the "butler" and loyal friend of fellow inmate Trevor Slattery, and assisted Trevor in all of his needs. When Trevor entered the East Wing cafeteria at lunchtime, Herman reminded him that he was supposed to wait for him because it wasn't safe for a "celebrity" like him. He then reminded him that he had a 3:00 interview with documentarian Jackson Norris. Trevor was disappointed that the cafeteria staff gave him white milk instead of his preferred Choccy milk. Herman ran off to acquire some. When he returned, he found Trevor in the midst of an altercation with another inmate named White Power Dave. Herman yelled "Hey! What's up!", which drew Trevor's fan base around to defend him. Dave decided to back off.

Later, Herman was in attendance when Trevor met with Jackson Norriss. Although Jackson presented himself as a documentarian, in truth he was an assassin for Xu Wenwu - the true "Mandarin" of the Ten Rings. He produced a handgun, which he had hidden within his camera and shot the attending guards. Herman leaped to defend Trevor and took a shot to the back. This didn't stop him however, and he pushed Jackson against the wall. He then pulled one of the tripod legs off and used it as a truncheon and began beating Herman. Herman did manage to get a solid punch in, but ultimately, Jackson overpowered him and stabbed him in the throat, killing him. [1]
