Herbert Wyndham, also known as the High Evolutionary, is a fictional comic book super-villain and a recurring antagonist featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby and first appeared in Thor, Volume 1 #134 in November, 1966.
