It adapts the 1992 film Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth directed by Anthony Hickox. This 52-page issue was a squarebound "prestige" format graphic novel with a cover price of $4.95 (US). The issue was written by film screenwriters Peter Atkins and Tony Randel and featured artwork by Miran Kim and Steve Buccellato. Cover illustration was provided by James Martin (credited only as "Martin").
