Heaven is an existential realm that forms the reality that exists known as the afterlife. It is populated by celestial beings including God, hosts of angels and the spirits of those who have led virtuous lives. The opposing landscape of Heaven is Hell, which is where all the bad kids go. Classically, spirits that reside in Heaven are those of human beings that once lived on Earth. But according to some theologians all dogs go to Heaven as well.
