Overview[]
Heather Tobey was an elementary school teacher who was mysteriously abducted on March 2nd, 1974. She was one of 4,400 people who suddenly reappeared at the base of Mount Rainier in 2004. Like all of the other returnees, Heather developed fantastic superhuman abilities. Her power was more passive than those of her contempories. She could unlock the hidden potential in others, which greatly helped her work as a school teacher.
