He-Man, also known as Prince Adam, is a fictional warrior featured in the Masters of the Universe multimedia franchise. The franchise was originally created as a toy-line by Mattel, Inc. in 1981, and has since gone on to become two animated television projects, a live-action feature film, and numerous comic book tie-ins. In the original 1983 animated series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, He-Man was voiced by John Erwin. In the 2002 cartoon series, he was voiced by Cam Clarke.
