Hawkmen are a race of fictional extraterrestrials featured in the Flash Gordon multimedia franchise. They are humanoids from the planet Mongo, who are distinguished from other Humanoids by way of avian wings upon their back. They were led by Prince Vultan and aligned themselves with Flash Gordon and Prince Baran in an effort to overthrow Ming the Merciless.
