Biography[]
Doctor Harrod was a general medical physician who worked at the Miskatonic Medical School facility of Miskatonic University in Arkham, Massachusetts in the mid 1980s.
In 1985, Doctor Harrod and a third-year student named Dan Cain, as well as three nurses tried to resuscitate a dying woman. Doctor Harrod applied defibrilators to the patient, but could not regain a heartbeat. Doctor Cain tried administering additional CPR techniques until Harrod told him to stop, indicating that the patient had flatlined. Although Doctor Harrod admired the young student's optimism, she reminded him that a good doctor always knows when it is time to give up. [2]
