Biography[]
Halwyn is a Hellhound who had been incapacitated and encased in volcanic ash. His inert form was placed in a special cell at Eichen House since 1912, making him one of the sanitarium's first inmates. In 2017, Doctor Conrad Fenris and an orderly opened up the cell, and unwittingly revived Halwyn. Breaking free of his volcanic shell, he attacked both men and left Eichen House.
Halwyn was on the hunt for an individual who had escaped the Wild Hunt, but who was intended to remained trapped there forever. He went to Beacon Hills where he dropped by Beacon Hills High School to suss out information. He also went to the Beacon Hills Sheriff's Office, where he murdered a police dispatcher. He then went to Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital. In each appearance, acts of strangeness and violence took place. At the high school, he came upon Jordan Parrish, another Hellhound. The two fought, and Halwyn beat Parrish into submission. He then fought neophyte werewolf Liam Dunbar. He defeated Liam, but both creatures left their marks on one another.
Outside the school grounds, Halwyn came upon guidance counselor Tamora Monroe, who was also a hunter. He tried to kill Tamora, but she succeeded in vanquishing Halwyn with a shot to the head from a Fleur de Lis bullet. [1]
