Biography[]
Hallie McDaniel was a young African American woman from Ohio born sometime around 1977. When she was about 20, she was a student at Windsor College and became friends and roommates with Sidney Prescott. Hallie was a psychology major and a member of the Delta Lambda Zeta sorority. Hallie convinced Sydney to attend the sorority mixer one evening.
It was during this time that a second wave of Ghostface murders began occurring again, with Sidney once again as the endgame target. Hallie and Sidney were in a car with two bodyguards when Ghostface attacked. The guards were killed and Hallie and Sydney were trapped in the back seat with the doors locked.
The vehicle crashed, rendering Ghostface unconscious. Sidney and Hallie managed to crawl over top of Ghostface to crawl out of the driver side window. Moments after doing so, Ghostface awakened and attacked Hallie from behind. He stabbed Hallie four times in the chest, killing her.
Sidney would later learn that the identity of this Ghostface was that of fellow college student Mickey Altieri.
