Guy Siner was a television actor of American/British descent. He was born to a British mother and an American father in Manhattan, New York on October 16th, 1947. Raised in England, he appeared in mostly British programs beginning with "The Attackers" episode of Z Cars. In 1975, he played the role of Kaled military commander General Ravon in the first and third chapters of the Doctor Who serial "Genesis of the Daleks". In 1994, he had a brief part in the Star Wars: TIE Fighter video game providing the voice of a briefing officer. In 1997, he played a religious man in the "Rumors, Bargains and Lies" episode of Babylon 5. Siner returned to the video game franchise in 2000 providing voices for several characters Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, including that of GeneralMaximillian Veers, a role originally played by fellow Doctor Who alumni Julian Glover. In 2002, he played Stuart Reed in the "Silent Enemy" episode of Star Trek: Enterprise. That same year, Guy returned to the Star Wars video game market once again, providing the voice for several Imperial officers in Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast.
