"The Stark Truth!" is the story title to the second issue of the first Guardians of the Galaxy comic book series published by Marvel Comics. It was written and illustrated by Jim Valentino, who also provided the cover artwork for this issue. Cover embellishment was provided by Mike Zeck. The story was inked by Steve Montano and colored by Evelyn Stein with Ken Lopez on lettering. It was edited by Craig Anderson with Renee Witterstaetter as assistant editor. This book is the second chapter in the "Quest for the Shield" storyline. This issue shipped with a July, 1990 cover date and carries a cover price of $1.00 per copy (US).
