Grodd is a fictional "super-gorilla" & super-villain and an antagonist featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He is associated withe the Flash line of comic book titles and is one of the first foes of Barry Allen, aka the Flash. The character was created by writer John Broome and artist Carmine Infantino and first appeared in The Flash, Volume 1 #106 in April-May, 1959.
