"Diamond Rings" is the title to the first Annual edition of the third Green Lantern ongoing comic book series published by DC Comics. It was written by Gerard Jones with artwork by Andy Smith and inks by John Beatty. It was colored by Matt Hollingsworth and lettered by Bob Lappan. The story was edited by Kevin Dooley. This issue shipped in July, 1992 and carries a cover price of $2.50 per copy (US).

- The character of Hal Jordan, aka Green Lantern, was created by writer John Broome and artist Gil Kane. He first appeared in Showcase #22 in October, 1959 in a story titled "S.O.S. Green Lantern!" He received his first ongoing Green Lantern comic book series in August, 1960.
- This issue is an "Eclispo: The Darkness Within" crossover.
- Events from this storyline continue from Superman: The Man of Steel Annual #1 and continues in Detective Comics Annual #5.
- This issue was released in between Green Lantern, Volume 3 #25 and Green Lantern, Volume 3 #26.
