Synopsis[]
Oliver Queen and Connor Hawke go undercover to bust some low-level drug dealers. Connor plays his hand too soon, and the thugs think that they are cops. Ollie and Connor fight their way out of the drug dealer's den and reach topside. Connor complains that Ollie is letting too much personal baggage affect his judgment. Ollie brushes him off and returns home to Mia. Both of them are still uncomfortable with the outcome of recent events.
Meanwhile, a new power hitter has hit the streets. Danny "The Brick" Brickwell finagles his way into a board meeting with Star City's leading crime bosses. The other bosses taunt Brick and tell him that he is no better than a street-level thug. Brick sends a signal to an outside contact who fires a rocket launcher into the penthouse. Brick's impervious hide allows him to survive, but the other crime lords are all dead.
Green Arrow later patrols the area and is shot through the shoulder by a sniper. He lands through the window of a drug haven and gets up to see several armed goons standing around him.
