"A Slight Case of Vertigo" is the second issue of the Green Arrow comic book limited series by DC Comics. The story was written by Mike W. Barr with artwork by Trevor von Eeden and Dick Giordano. Von Eeden and Giordano also composed the cover art illustration for this issue. The story was colored by Tom Ziuko and lettered by Ben Oda. It was edited by Len Wein. This issue shipped with a June, 1983 cover date and carried a cover price of 60 cents per copy (US).
