A grappling hook is a tool used for climbing high structures or natural formations. It consists of a three or four-pronged anchor attached to a length of cable. Grappling hooks can be freely thrown by a user, or can be fired as a projectile. Many who use grappling hooks often have modified variations of a standard device.
