Biography[]
After the Bifrost had been destroyed, the Grand Vizier used the technological wizardry of his laboratory to create a teleportation device. Asgard's interim leader, Balder the Brave, sought to use the device to travel to Midgard in order to find Thor, but Hogun the Grim beat him to it. Much to the Grand Vizier's chagrin, Hogun took Balder's place. [1]
