Grail's arnis sticks are a fictional weapon featured in comic books published by Image Comics under their WildStorm Productions imprint. They first appeared in Wetworks #3 in September, 1994.
Salavador Alonday was a Filipino martial arts master and a member of the Team 7 Wetworks unit. In addition to a wide arrange of heavy weaponry, Salvador specialized in the use of arnis sticks. During a mission to stop a viral contagion from being released at Madison Square Garden, Alonday underwent an unexpected and spontaneous biological change. His body began producing large quantities of chi energy, and his armis sticks were transformed into fighting batons composed of pure energy.
