Gotham Knights refers to one of two different organizations featured in comic books published by DC Comics. Both are related to the Batman family of comic titles. The first Gotham Knights is the name of a professional football team based out of Gotham City. The second Gotham Knights is a team of costumed protectors, who work under the leadership of Batman. The superhero team first appeared in Detective Comics #934 in August, 2016 as part of the "DC Universe: Rebirth" title relaunch.
