Description[]
Gotham's East End is a neighborhood located in Gotham City. It is known for its high crime rate as well as its more salacious business ventures such as strip clubs, seedy hotels and prostitution rings.
History[]
A pimp named Stan rented a room at the Hotel Edwards, which is where he would have the prostitutes who worked for him bring their clients.
Bruce Wayne, having only recently returned to the United States after spending twelve years abroad, decided that Gotham's East End would be the proving ground by which he would begin his career as a vigilante. Disguised as an injured war veteran, he walked the streets of Gotham's East End until he was noticed by an under-aged prostitute named Holly Robinson. Bruce rebuffed Holly's solicitation for sex, and Stan intervened, accusing Wayne of being a vice cop. Wayne denied this and made it very clear that he intended on assaulting Stan. Stan through the first punch however, which Bruce deftly avoided. He then used martial arts to flip Stan onto his back.
Holly attacked Wayne on her employer's behalf, stabbing him in the leg with a knife. From a hotel window, Selina Kyle took note of the altercation and leaped down and fought with Bruce Wayne. Little did either of them know that they would soon be swiping blows again in their respective costumed identities as Batman and Catwoman.

He had Selina Kyle dress up in a leather cat costume to entertain her Johns, which Selina hated. Selina was with a customer named Skunk one evening when she looked out the window to see her boss embroiled in a fight with a disguised Bruce Wayne.
