Biography[]
Goldwyn was the mayor of an unidentified city in California. He was able to effectively combat crime in jurisdiction through volunteer civilian efforts; most notably a criminology student named Walter and his Monster Squad.
A criminal mastermind known as No Face disguised himself as Hokey tribal member Chief Running Nose and swindled Goldwyn out of his position by providing evidence that his territory was actually owned by the Hokey. No Face later impersonated Mayor Goldwyn so he could sabotage the Monster Squad's efforts when it came to investigating his schemes.
