"The Rotting Stumps" is the first story featured in issue #4 of the Go-Go ongoing comic book series published by Charlton Comics. The author is unknkown, but it is believed to have been illustrated by Jon D'Agostino. This is followed by the "Dear Park..." letters column, also drawn by D'Agostino and then the super-hero spoof "Bound in the Badcave!!" written by Gary Friedrich and drawn by Bill DuBay. The next tale is "The Wild Life and Adventures of Miss Bikini Luv" by D.J. Arneson and Jon D'Agostino. The fifth and final tale is "Return to Peculiar Place", also written by D.J. Arneson and illustrated by Mo Marcus and Rocke Mastroserio. All stories were edited by Dick Giordano. This issue shipped with a December, 1966 cover date and carries a cover price of .12 cents per copy.
