Geraint Cooper was a minor recurring character featured on the science fiction television series Torchwood. Played by actor William Thomas, he first appeared in the ninth episode of season two, "Something Borrowed". He took on a larger role during the "Miracle Day" storyline, with his final appearance being "Miracle Day: The Blood Line" in 2011.

Geraint Cooper was a middle-aged human male who lived in Wales during the early 21st century. He was the husband of Mary Cooper, and together they had a daughter, Gwen Cooper, who went on to become a member of the Torchwood Institute. He is also the maternal grandfather of Anwen Williams.
