General Electric is a fictional scientist & inventor and a minor antagonist featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He first appeared in Sandman #1 in December, 1974.
Biography[]
The man known only as General Electric, was a military officer in Japan during World War II, where he did in fact hold the rank of General. Thirty years later, General Electric got an upgrade, which enhanced his intellect, turning him into something of a super-smarty. He invented a pair of killer dolls known as Werblinks. General Electric's actions with the Werblinks earned him the attention of the oneiromancer known as the Sandman. [1]
