General Burma was half-human and half-Seefran and operated as a warlord on Seefra-5. He was one of the Agents of the Abyss. To confound the efforts of the Andromeda Ascendant crew from evacuating, General Burma abducted Seamus Harper and took him through a Vedran portal to Seefra-1. He then used Harper to bring a boarding party of henchmen aboard the ship with the intent of destroying it using explosives. General Burma fought against Beka Valentine and overpowered her through his enhanced speed and agility. Dylan Hunt and the others stood before him, and Dylan raised his force lance to distract Burma's attention, giving Valentine an opportunity to fight back. She fired a shot into his shoulder, then fired multiple shots along with Dylan until General Burma was dead. His body disappeared in a whiff of smoke.
