Garth was a huge hulking zombie with a shrunken head created by Black Talon. When She-Hulk arrived to bust up Black Talon's operations, she had to contend with Garth. Despite his overwhelming size, She-Hulk was able to put him down by bopping him repeatedly across the head. (Sensational She-Hulk 34) When Garth came to, he apparently took his beating as a sign of affection. He fell in love with She-Hulk, who was amazingly responsive to his amorous gestures. After defeating Black Talon, she brought Garth back to New York City with her as her new "boyfriend". (Sensational She-Hulk 35)
