History[]
The Garou residence was the home of alcoholic cop Lou Garou. It was house number 251 on an unidentified street. Because Lou was often on a bender, the house was not kept in the cleanest of conditions. He was known to bring home "trashy women" who would stay the night. Lou conveniently forgot about them the following morning, as he stumbled out of his house with a hangover.
