Gamera vs. Guiron is a Japanese children's film of the tokusatsu ("suitmation") and kaiju (giant monster) film genres. It is the fifth installment in the Gamera film series. It was directed by Noriaki Yuasa with a screenplay written by Fumi Takahashi. It was produced by Daiei Studios and the Toei Company and premiered in Japan on March 21st, 1969.

- Gamera was created by director Noriaki Yuasa, writer Niisan Takahashi, and special effects artist Yonesaburo Tsukiji. He first appeared in the 1965 film Gamera, the Giant Monster, produced by Daiei Studios. This film yielded seven sequels, as well as a three-film reboot in 1995. A twelfth film, Gamera the Brave, was released in 2006.
- In Japan, this film was released under the title Gamera tai daiakuju Giron, which redirects to this page.
- This movie is included on the Gamera: The Showa Era blu-ray collection by Arrow Video. It was released on January 26th, 2021.
