Notes & Trivia[]
- G.I. Joe, and all related characters and concepts were created by and are the property of the Hasbro Corporation. The franchise originated as a toy line in 1964 that begat the formation of the "action figure" concept of dolls for boys, that has since gone on to become a successful multimedia franchise that has spread out into varying toy lines, animated programs, live-action films, as well as comic books and other merchandise.
- This is the final issue of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero as published by Marvel Comics. The G.I. Joe license is picked up by Devil's Due Publishing, but will eventually go to IDW Publishing in 2010, picking up the numbering sequence from the original Marvel title.
- This issue includes a farewell letter from series writer Larry Hama.
- The cover price to this issue is the same as the cover price to the first issue.
- The character of Quick Kick is shown on the cover to this issue, even though the character was killed off in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #109.
