Froma are a fictional alien race featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. They are associated with the Iron Man line of titles and first appeared in the first story in Tales of Suspense #68 from August, 1965 titled "If a Man Be Mad!"
Description[]
Froma are large sentient humanoids who have developed space-travel technology. They have been known to colonize planetary satellites, including Earth's moon. Physically, Froma are hulking bipeds with green skin, hairy bodies and fearsome features.

- Froma is taken from fromage, which is the French word for cheeze. The Froma's home planet is Chize. Two of their members, Edam and Gouda, are named after types of cheese.
- The Froma received a mini-profile in the Appendix: Alien Races section of The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Deluxe Edition #15 in March, 1987.
