Froglodytes are a fictional alien race featured in comic books published by Dark Horse Comics. They are part of the Monkeyman & O'Brien series of comic strips and first appeared in Monkeyman and O'Brien #2 in August, 1996.
Description[]
Froglodytes were an alien race from another planet. They were greenish brown in color and demonstrated physical characteristics common to many Earth frogs. Unlike regular frogs however, Froglodytes were intelligent, and had developed space-faring levels of technology.
History[]
Froglodytes were your typical alien invader types. They put together a large space fleet and came to Earth looking for some trouble. Unfortunately for them, they had to contend with a 10-foot tall genius gorilla known as Monkeyman, and his 7-foot tall super-strong partner, Ann O'Brien. How do you think things went for them?

- Froglodytes were created by writer and artist Art Adams.
- Froglodytes are similar in concept to Tribbitites, who are a frog-like race featured in Marvel Comics titles and are known as adversaries of the Hulk, and later She-Hulk.
- Froglodytes should not be confused with frog monsters, which are enemies of Hellboy, even though they take place in the same reality.
