Biography[]
Fred Cramer was a reporter for On-The-Spot News - a media news outlet based out of New York City, New York. Cramer was on the scene covering a break-out at the Men's Detention Center in Lower Manhattan. The story began when two low-rent criminals named Elmo and Rocko used a concussion cannon tank to break their cohort, Bruno Caper, out of jail during a daring daylight escapade. The damage to the detention center's walls enabled another prisoner, Carl "Crusher" Creel, aka the Absorbing Man to break free as well. Fred Cramer and his Mobile TV WERG camera man remained on the scene to chronicle the Absorbing Man's battle against the New York City Police Department.
