One person named Franklin was a student at Midtown High School. He had fourth period science class with Peter Parker as an instructor. The students diverted from the lesson plans in favor of asking Mister Parker a barrage of questions about his personal life, including his marriage to Mary Jane Watson, and his career as a photographer who achieved recognition for his various photographs of Spider-Man. Franklin was an adult African American male who was living in the U.S. state of Virginia during the early days of the zombie apocalypse. He had taken in a young woman named Laura, whom he regarded as his daughter. Driving around in a recreational vehicle, they brought medical supplies to those in need. It was at this time that they encountered a man named Negan, who required chemo fluids for his wife, Lucille, who was dying of cancer. A biker named Craven learned about Franklin and captured him, seeking to profit off of Franklin's supplies. Negan killed Craven and liberated Franklin. What became of him since this incident is unknown. (Walking Dead: Here's Negan)

Franklin was an upper-class suburb of Milwaukee. This was where Julian Hayden lived with his wife, Myrna. The Hayden's adopted a daughter named Jennie-Lynn, whose birth parents were Alan Scott and Rose Canton. She later found out that she had a twin brother named Todd Rice. Todd came to Franklin after discovering that he had a sister. He shared Thanksgiving dinner with the Haydens and also visited Franklin during Christmas.
