Franklin W. "Frank" Welker is an American television, video and video game voice actor. He was born in Denver, Colorado on March 12th, 1946. With more than 700 credits to his filmography, Frank Welker is arguably the most famous voice actor of all time. Though he voice numerous notable characters over the years, Welker is best known for being voice behind everyone's favorite hungry, yet cowardly super-sleuth canine, Scooby Doo.
