Biography[]
Frank Skorina was an altered human who took on the alias of Powderkeg. He worked as a freelance mercenary and was hired by South American crime boss Kristina Ramos to steal a crate containing Stark International tech, which she required. Powderkeg sought to steal the crate from a freighter ship as it docked in Brazil, but ran afoul of the super-hero Monica Rambeau, aka Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel's powers were rendered temporarily unstable due to a recent altercation with Leviathan, and thus, Powderkeg was able to keep her at bay and secure the crate for Kristina Ramos. [1]
