The Follower is a fictional robot featured in comic books published by DC Comics. It first appeared in Mister Miracle, Volume 1 #2 in June, 1971.
Biography[]
The Follower is a unit or robot designed by the New Gods of New Genesis. It is a test figure that serves as an extension of its master. It is often designed to physically resemble the figure that is testing it. It is a "mirror image" of its creator and can imitate the movements and actions of its master in tandem.
Scott Free, with some help from his assistant, Oberon, assembled a Follower in order to test some explosives. [1]
