The Fleischer District is a neighborhood area on the outskirts of Metropolis, located twenty-five miles away from the downtown area of the city.
History[]
A man named Mister Strong maintained a mansion in the Fleischer District from where he conducted underworld business. He had a meeting with one of his crime bosses, Robinson Goode, who had come into possession of an H-Dial.
