Flash Gordon: Invasion of the Red Sword is an American comic book limited series of the science fiction and action genres. It is based on the character of Flash Gordon, originally created by cartoonist Alex Raymond back in 1934. The series was published by Ardden Entertainment and ran for six issues from March 2011 to November 2011. The series was written by Brendan Deneen with artwork and inks by Eduardo Garcia. It was colored by Estudio Haus. The series was edited by Cody DeMatteis, PJ Feffer, Zach Frankel, Mike Grell, and Jim Krueger.
