The Fist is a fictional guard and a supporting character featured on the FX Network television series American Horror Story. Played by actress Erika Ervin, she made three appearances in the season eight storyline, "Apocalypse".
Biography[]
The true name and history of The Fist is unknown. What is known is that she was a dark-haired woman who towered at more than 6'7" in height. She was selected to serve as an enforcer at Outpost Three in the post-Apocalyptic environment of 2019. She answered directly to Outpost warden Miriam Mead and site administrator Wilhemina Venable.
In 2021, Venable, Mead and The Fist discovered a horse-drawn carriage that crossed the perimeter of the outpost carrying nothing but a crate filled with apples. What they didn't know was that a mutated survivor of the nuclear winter named Brock had sneaked into the facility by hanging onto the underside of the carriage. He attacked The Fist from behind, stabbing her in the throat. He disposed of her body, leaving Venable and Mead to wonder what had happened to her.
