"Lungfish" is the seventh episode of season one of the US/Canadian science fiction television series First Wave. The episode was directed by Brenton Spencer with a script written by Daniel Howard Cerone. It first aired on the Sci-Fi Channel on October 21st, 1998. In this episode, Cade Foster discovers an experimental race of sea life that demonstrates uncharacteristic amphibian properties. A breed of fish that can breathe on land appears as a result of alien experimentation.
