Firestarter 2: Rekindled is an American television miniseries movie of the paranormal thriller genre. It is a sequel to the 1984 film Firestarter, which is based on the 1980 novel of the same name by author Stephen King. Rekindled was directed by Robert Iscove with a teleplay written by Philip Eisner. It was produced by USA Films and Traveler's Rest Films and aired on the Sci-Fi Channel from March 10th-11th, 2002. The series stars Marguerite Moreau as Charlene "Charlie" McGee with Malcolm McDowell as the (amazingly still alive) John Rainbird, and Dennis Hopper as James Richardson.
