Farscape is a comic book series published by Boom! Studios from November, 2008 to February, 2009. It is based on the popular Sci-Fi Channel television series Farscape and details the adventures of John Crichton and his friends following the events of Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars. Although it is the first series to be titled simply Farscape, it is actually the second Farscape comic title. The first series was published by WildStorm Productions, an imprint of DC Comics and was titled Farscape: War Torn. Boom! Studios began publication of a second volume of Farscape in 2009. All four issues of this mini-series were shipped with alternate variant covers illustrated by different artists.
