The story was written by Stan Lee with artwork by Jack Kirby and inks by Joe Sinnott. Kirby also provided the cover art composition to this issue with embellishment by Vince Colletta. The colorist for this issue is uncredited. Lettering was provided by Sam Rosen and the story was edited by Stan Lee. This issue shipped with a November, 1965 cover date and carries a cover price of 12 cents per copy (US).
