Synopsis[]

Emperor Dorrek VII of the Skrull Empire is still bitter over his race's failure to conquer the Earth a short while ago. Having prepared for a second attempt, he unveils the Empire's newest secret weapon - the Super-Skrull! In addition to having all of the same shape-changing abilities as other Skrulls, the Super-Skrull can also duplicate the abilities of the entire Fantastic Four at once, including Elasticity, Invisibility, Pyrokinesis and Super-strength. He comes to Earth to battle the Fantastic Four. Reed Richards convinces the Super-Skrull that their fight should take place on Crater Isle in the Pacific Ocean. During the ensuing battle, Reed cobbles together a device that takes away the Super-Skrull's powers. They dump into a volcano and the Human Torch seals it up with a steady stream of fire.
