History[]
The Fiber Ionic Fibrillator was a technological component developed by Advanced Idea Mechanics. It was essential towards the operational functions of the Energy Matrix Channeler and Converter built by HYDRA. As this was needed to make the EMCHAC work, HYDRA stole the Fibrillator from AIM. In response, AIM hired a mercenary group called the Wild Pack to steal it back. The Wild Pack succeeded in securing the component, but the Supreme HYDRA, Baron Wolfgang von Strucker blew up the installation before they could do anything else.
